The Science of Love

The universe is a very romantic place. Chabot celebrates love with weekend activities including a chance to a fly a simulated space mission with your loved one, celebrate a successful landing back on earth with an elegant dinner for two and science of love crafts and demonstrations. Even Venus, the goddess of love, will be making an appearance in our night sky and featured in our live Planetarium show, Cosmos 360.

  FREE with General Admission
  Discover the secrets behind the science of chocolate, the ancient Maya who cultivated it and why we associate it with love. Stop by the craft center and make your own valentine for that special someone.
• Valentine's Day Love Missions
  Saturday, February 11 (4pm & 6pm)
  Sunday, February 12 (1:30pm & 3:30pm)
  Celebrate with your valentine and take a simulated space mission to the Red Planet. The package includes all access pass to Chabot, plus chocolates, fizzy Martian beverage, and a souvenir of your trip.
